In Southeast Europe IKV Pax Christi works in Bosnia (Srebrenica), Kosovo and Serbia (Sandzak). Jointly with local partner organizations we work on strengthening local governance, interethnic dialogue, truth finding, minority rights and human security.

All programs combine society building with advocacy, both on the national and international level. Hereby the European Integration process of the Western Balkan countries is an important starting point: through conditionality policy changes can be stimulated or enforced.
